Default How to organize or reorder Apple CarPlay apps
Anyone know if there’s a way to reorganize the apps that show for Apple CarPlay?

Sure. On your iPhone: Settings, General, CarPlay, (Pick your car), Customize. Add delete, move (with the 3 bars on the right) apps. Next time you connect to the car, you’ll see the changes.
