I've been using the Toyota guest dealer https://guest.dealer.toyota.com/v-spec/<VinNumber>/detail to track my 450h+ and I just noticed today that the bundle that originally consisted of an AW cargo mat, cargo net, wheel locks, key glove, and rear bumper protector for $455 has been separated into individual items and the rear bumper protector has been removed. I've attached images of the original bumper and the accessories currently listed. The MSRP of the car has also been lowered to account for the removed rear bumper protector. Does anyone know if there was something wrong with the rear bumper protector or if it's just out of stock? I noticed this happened to other 450h+'s listed on the websites of other dealers around me.
It seems to be a matter of what the port has in stock at the time the vehicle is finally processed. One of the port-installed accessories that was on my original spec sheet from the dealer one month before delivery was removed from the final port add-ons. If anything is missing that you do actually want, you can order it from your dealer or one of the dealer online parts websites. Or get an aftermarket third-party alternative.
