When I use Hey Lexus it responds to my voice command and works but no voice response back- it has become silent

there is a setting in settings to turn the voice response off, I don’t remember exactly where it is I’ll look for it later but if you look around you’ll find it.

The audio volume control also controls the voice command while it is speaking. You might have been turning down your radio volume at the same time the voice command was speaking. So just turn your volume up while it normally would be speaking a response, and it should reactivate.

I had similar issue with Waze. Couldn’t hear her. Finally got lucky turning up volume on steering wheel when voice came on and now alls well.
