It didn't do anything... I've been waiting for Remote Connect to reactivate and it's been past 24 hours. I notice it more, as I can't see how much EV range or range left and I don't get an update on how much longer my car is finish charging.

Finally my remote connect is working around 2am after it got reactivated. I'm going to try my car to see if the hey Lexus and other features are working or not. Seems like everything is back to normal. Now with that being fixed, I wonder if I had to reset or not. Could just be a Lexus Server thing

I am also in Ontario with a 2024 TX and I have exactly the same issue with you. App not communicating with the car, also the traffic status for navigation is gone, seems like the car lost internet connectivity in general. Have yours got solved?

When you say “reactivated” are you talking about something Lexus did on their end?

Mine was resolved this morning, but it stopped working again today.

I reset my car at the dealership and they needed to wait 24 hrs to reactivate remote connect. It took 40 hrs for it to reactivate.

But now it stopped working again.

I'm having the same issues.....cannot tell how long left to charge. App says last update for battery charge was June 7 lol

hope they fix the backend issues. I can't believe having to pay for this next year when my trial is over.

Lexus is a winner for sure, in the technology march to fix problems that don't exist just because they are able to do it with technology. And then it doesn't work that well, but they can continue their revenue stream though subscriptions.

The app on my wife's phone (android) was asking for her to log in again. Once we got that done, it had no memory of her car and asked to make a "new" connection. I entered the VIN then it told me to either scan a QR from the touch screen or enter a code shown on the screen, neither of which ae being shown. How do you clear it and start over?

Edit - Never mind. I'm dumber than the car and signed her in under the wrong account. All seems to be as it was now. Thanks.
