Have yet to see one comment as to what people are paying on monthly leases only what the purchase
price is. I would assume most people are leasing..

Sorry In Canada, just looked up lease costs here, they are probably not accurate for US purchases, but here's what some folks pay....

2022 NX350H Luxury package $415/2 weeks taxes in 130 payments
2022 NX 350H Executive $478/2 weeks taxes in 130 payments

2022 350 Luxury $460/2 weeks tax in 84 payments
2022 30 Executive $531/2 weeks tax in 84 payments
All no money down...or a very small amount.

This just gives you an idea of how bad it is here! I'm sure some paid less for their lease?

I’m leasing but I put about 7k down. Each month Lexus changes the residuals and money factors for their leased vehicles. I leased my 350h luxury in February. According to my lease agreement, the residual value for my vehicle will be $32,674.20 at the end of the lease. The total amount of my lease is $22,140.24 (36 payments of $615.01). The mileage I chose was 15,000 a year (in total of 45,000 for the entire duration of my lease agreement). This amount does not include the tire and wheel warranty I chose to add.

The residual and money factors for leasing an NX was terrible when I purchased my vehicle. They may have gotten better now that it’s been out for awhile. I’m not sure if any of this is helpful.

I chose the plug in hybrid which qualifies for the $7,500 federal tax incentive. Lexus would not pass it on if I leased so I purchased the vehicle.

there's so many variables for leasing (ho w much down, term, kms/miles) that i don't think it's helpful to compare monthly payment numbers imo

and leasing sucks right now for all makes/models...i think most will be financing in current environment through their CU for better rates.

This. My credit union gave me 2.11% on a five year loan, which strikes me as a bargain in the current economic environment.
