I can’t find any information on what the two pop up requests to sign in are for. Any ideas or advice on these?

OK, solved (I think) but I thought I should pass it on in case someone else spends time scratching their head over this one. On a wild guess after trying other things, I put in the unlock code for my IPhone and seems to have solved the problem.
