Interesting. Not sure if it has anything to do with our cellular connection then as our area is poor. What VPN are you running and how is it set up? Ours was not on for home wifi and on for everything else, so maybe that was part of the problem; it would try and turn on as we left the house rather than already being on?

Have you got profiles to work for you on the car at all? That's one thing that we still haven't bothered to troubleshoot, though we normally only bother with one fob when we both go somewhere.
