Anyone regret the 9 inch screen?
Have a premium trim arriving in 3-4 weeks with the 9 inch screen. Anyone regret not getting the 14 inch screen?
Also thoughts on resale? Say I put in a factory order for a luxury trim, and trade my premium trim when the luxury arrives in 3-6 months, what would my trade in be worth at that point?

If you are having thoughts that you would rather have the Luxury trim, just don't accept the premium trim. Wait for the luxury. It will probably be a 2023 at that point. No depreciation that way. Dealer will sell the original order in a week or so.

One thing I found out with the screens; If you get the 9" screen it comes with none of the Lexus Connect subscriptions, while the 14" comes with a 3 year "trial". So that there is worth over $1,000 by itself (assuming you have all three: Safety, Drive, Remote)

The 9" comes with two out of three of the three year trials. Just not whichever one has the navigation.

We took delivery the first of May and before doing so spent quite a while on this board and knew before we got it that we got all but the navigation package. If we ever took it on a trip we'd use my phone for navigation so that's no real deal for us. PLUS - we'd likely take my 2015 RX anyway.

When my RDX decided to attempt to kill me by going into limp mode in front of a semi truck, I drove straight to the Lexus dealer and bought my NX. The NX was on the lot and had the FSport package which is what I wanted. I was very lucky to simply walk in and buy the car I wanted. Timing is everything. With this said, I had to take what was available, including the 9” screen. No regrets - this display is plenty big.

Incidentally, the 14" display (which I have) will ruin other cars for you - my wife's Highlander has a 7"(?) display, which always seemed perfectly adequate to me. No more - now it's comically undersized to my eyes...plus is angled completely wrong.
