Default Fixed Most of my Problems with New Phone

Hi everyone,

I bought a NX 350 Premium back in December 2021. It was the first NX 350 sold at my dealership. Since then, I have loved the ride comfort. However, I've had serious problems with the tech. Specifically, the wireless charger simply doesn't work; the blue tooth constantly disconnected; I wasn't able to use Android auto; and I'm not able to change the volume without using voice command ("Hey Lexus").

I love listening to YouTube streams/videos while driving and I prefer Waze over the Lexus navi (though Lexus navi is actually very good), and simply wasn't able to do either. I'm happy to say that most of these issues have been resolved by switching to a new phone. Previously, I was using a S20+ without 5G. I've upgraded to S22 Ultra with 5G and, thus far (3 days in), zero disconnect issues. My profile immediately loads as soon as I get near the vehicle and Android Auto (blue tooth) doesn't drop. I'm incredibly relieved because it was very frustrating.

Unfortunately, I still have the issue with the wireless charger and volume, but these are relatively small issues, in my view.
