Hands Free Close & Lock
I had been using this function for the rear door, and it was working great. All of a sudden, it no longer works. I push the button and walk away, but nothing happens. Any ideas?

I believe close and lock has a safety feature where the key fob needs to move away from the vehicle before the door closes.
Maybe need to move farther away?
Could there be another fob nearby?

1) make sure you hear two beeps, then move away. If you press it, and walk away right away, it won't work well.
2) ensure that the key isn't behind a phone. I have the credit card key, and I frequently keep it in the same pocket as my iPhone. if the key is behind the phone - it doesn't seem to work.
3) if the above doesn't work - ask your dealer. I was there for an unrelated issue, and was told that it's a known issue with it, and it has to be "calibrated". Don't have a TSB or anything, but my reliable source told me that it's legit a thing.
Thanks!

Today I learned that if I leave my purse in the console with the cc key, but take my phone, the hands free close did not work. I had to take my purse and phone out of the car, then the hands free worked.
