From the pictures it looks like you did an excellent job with the installation. On the fence if I like it, Good job!

 

Looks like a good fit but not sure I like the design. Do they have a style that matches the open pore wood trim? Maybe something that’s not plastic?

I don't mind the look of the piano black when its clean, but the fingerprints are never ending and look horrible. So I bought some of the faux carbon fiber pieces to try and reduce the amount of finger prints I had to clean off daily. I was skeptical of how it would look but the carbon fiber trim pieces are relatively cheap and can be easily removed if need be.

Surprisingly, it doesn't look too bad in my opinion. I think it looks just as good as the piano black, and they definitely help with the fingerprints. You really can't see the finger prints at all on the faux carbon fiber. The look isn't for everyone but I think I'll keep the pieces on for the time being. Here are some pics.

Thanks for sharing the pictures. Those are the exact pieces I bought as well...patiently waiting for delivery minus the hazard light and charging port

 

The centre piece is different. It doesn't cover the cup holder area. Like this one

 

A bit off topic but I received a carbon fiber license plate holder and thought I'd share a photo. I ordered it from carbonfibergear.com

 

I like the concept. I'd like to see something like brushed aluminum or wood tone styles.
