Power folding rear seat issue

Hi all, does anyone else have issues with the power folding rear seats? More specifically does your driver side rear seat get stuck halfway after power folding it because it gets caught on the seatbelt clip?

I have used mine about 20 times...no issues, up, down, one or two at a time.
