You're lucky to even have a screwdriver. My Ontario-built NX 350h Executive (the top spec) has no tools at all.

parts.lexus.com appears to have the parts available. This link is specific to base model in US. There may be different options for different regions or models. Shows what's available.
STANDARD TOOL. 2022 Lexus NX BASE (VIN starts with 2) | Lexus Parts & Accessories Online
I'm assuming it's because of the run flats. Probably assuming the vast majority of people will never use this stuff and its extra weight, cost, possibly noise.
Our primary line of defense is roadside assistance which doesn't need those parts.
We are considering buying some of these parts for our backup option.
I thought our second option was diy roadside repair with an inflator and patch kit. Having those parts would be critical.
I'm going to research the other goopy patch and inflation kits to see if we should just do that instead. No need to take off the tire.
I've heard rumors the tire places don't like the goop and it can mess up tpms etc. Need to see how much of that is true and balance the pros/cons.

If they're too cheap to give us real tires and a spare, they're not likely to give us tools.

Strange I have a Philips screwdriver, I rather have a flat head to open the tow hook cover, but then again, they didn't come with any tow hook eye. just keep the Lexus or AAA roadside assistance number handy.
