Found the problem but in case anyone else accidentally flips the auto switch off on the driver door panel where you rest your arm that’s what I had done.

There is a button in the top corner of the mirror adjusters that decide whether it folds on lock.
Easy to hit when manually folding mirrors.
Wish I knew how to resize pics...
