Last Wednesday picked up a 350h made in Japan and had two key fobs. I read somewhere if made in Japan were receiving two and if Canada one.

mine was made in Japan and I received on November 25! I received only 1 key fob. They said I will be mailed second key very soon. Apparently there is also tire shortage. Lexus dealers said, cars will be delayed further becoz they don’t have enough tires 😪

I wonder if it only affects the 20” tires as I’ve read that it is an uncommon size, and fewer alternatives.

Took delivery of the Japanese made NX 450 on November 21. Came with two fobs and an digital card key.
The manual states that a key code plate should also be included, but I did not receive it. The dealer said a key plate is not included, that a key can be cut from the VIN alone.

Just got a new 2023 ES 300h last week and was surprised to just get one key fob. I felt less "alone" after reading all the posts on this board. My dealer was very non-committal on when I might get a second key. Not very encouraging. But love the car!

thanks for the update. It sounds like you are one of the first to only get 1 fob. Let us know when you finally do get it so we can estimate our own lead time. Sounds like you are about 2.5 months now…

I am new to the forum and I have purchased a Lexus car NX 250 model 2023 AWD on 29th December'22 and I was told by the dealership that I will receive the second key within a span of 2 weeks and haven't received it yet. When I reached out to the dealership they mentioned that it is not in their hands and I should raise a complaint to Lexus.ca. Please suggest what action can I take against dealership(If at all I should). I have already reached out to lexus.ca and I am waiting for their response.
