Default SOS not working and vehicle status screen on app wont update

Called Lexus to try and get the app problem solved and he sent me to the car to push the SOS button, which didn't work.

So now I have apt tomorrow at local Lexus. Guess I will find out what is what then, the car also is pending a "find my car" software update.

In case this happens to anyone else I figured I would start a thread.

BTW the screen that wont update is when you push "vehicle status" and the miles to empty on the main screen is old info also, the vehicle status says not updated since Nov 5.

Just took into dealer, they did the software update for car finder and they hoped that would fix my problem but it did not. Have to take it back when the tech expert is there, car will not talk to the app and my SOS in car will not work.

What I don’t know how to do is remove the car completely from Enform or Lexus app and re-add it as a new car to see if that would help. And I don’t know if that would change any of my profile settings in the car like seat etc.

Sounds to me like the cars cellular connection isn't working. If that's the case, removing and trying to re-add the car to the app will likely not work because if the car can't talk to the cloud, you won't be able to add it back to the app.

CAr in shop all week, been driving loaner NX 300H...almost wish i wasn't because this car stays on EV at higher speeds than mine resulting in better mileage.

This one will go 30 or more MPH while on EV and will stay on EV for a while, if I go over 25-27 it goes off on my NX350H and never lasts more than a few seconds over 25 mph.

Bummer.
