That's a good idea, I'll try Destination Assist and see what happens. When I type in the address, it shows it to me but then it grays out or when I hit save, and it changes to center of town. Yesterday, I tried using voice command again and it told me the address doesn't exist. The house was built 12 years ago.

Big disappointment. One would think Lexus would improve usability rather than degrade it. This is my first Lexus (ES300h) and not a good way to start. Is there any place we can send suggestions to the company regarding such issues?

I totally gave up on Lexus Nav's favorites bookmarks. The only addresses stick are Home and Work. The rest are constantly disappear whenever there's over the air updates to the in-dash app. I use map navigation exclusively from AirPlay (Apple Maps, Waze or Google Maps). Since they already contain my bookmarks, it's much easier to use and they are reliable. Lexus just kills me with this new revised in-dash app. Absolutely useless. I use Lexus in-dash map for emergency only like when my phone is mess up or I left it at home or my wife's iPhone AirPlay kicks in instead of mine. I think Lexus had to rewrite this in-dash app from scratch for larger size screen navigation but somehow they mess this one up. Finger crossing for future updates. And one more thing, the in-dash Lexus map is actually Google Maps that they licensed it from. It's either Google side or Lexus side messes it up.

Lexus describes it has having access to Google's Point of Interest database. This doesn't definitively mean that Lexus Maps is Google Maps, it just means if you are searching for destinations, it can use Google data to lookup addresses. The routing logic Lexus uses and Google Maps uses is different, as anyone that's used both a lot will notice.

My favorites and recents also disappear. Not just after updates but every few weeks. Is there a fix for this?

Drive Connect seems to lose favorites and I have found they need to be periodically be resent to car and remarked as favorite. The destinations should still be on your phone app.

Cloud Navigation still has glitches.

Go to you phone, open Lexus app, click in the favorite, see the heart that says Remove click on it send it back to your car,
