The front brakes are from a 2023 Lexus RX350 F Sport
I believe they have both unpainted and black painted versions. black painted version is from the 23 RX500h
They're just 6 pot Advics caliper with 400mm x 36mm two piece Advics rotors.

Will work on:
2010+ Lexus RX 350/450H/450HL
2015+ Lexus NX 250/250T/300/300H/350/350H
2010-2019 Toyota Highlander
2011-2020 Toyota Sienna

Direct bolt on to the front.
You will need:
Both front caliper
Both front rotors
Both front pads
pin kit for each caliper
brake lines from each caliper
OEM caliper bolts. they're m14x1.25x35mm bolts from lexus.

100% OEM and bolt on. will need a minimum of 20" wheels.
all part numbers should be below

edit: made some changes on the information.

This is friggin' amazing. I made a post about this a while back speculating this would fit because the 2020+ Highlander has the same brake spacing as previous gens except it has M14x1.5 caliper bolts instead of M12x1.25. Good to see the new RX carrying over that architecture with a HUGE BBK. These are even larger than the Stoptechs on our M3.

I imagine you need 21" rims for this minimum?

Also is the new NX/RX using wheel bolts instead of wheel studs? That's odd.

Default NX OEM BBK Solution and other models too

47730-48260 Front Brake Caliper Right
47750-48230 Front Brake Caliper Left
04465-48270 Front Brake Pads (Both Sides)
47781-48060 Dust Shield Right
47782-48060 Dust Shield Left
43512-48190 Front Right 2-Piece Rotor
43516-48010 Front Left 2-Piece Rotor
04947-48100 Fitting Kit (Both Calipers)
90105-A0435 Caliper Bolts (4 Needed) They are thicker than OEM holes in knuckle where caliper bolt goes thru. You will have to drill them to accommodate the wider in diameter, we used a 9/16 drill bit. After drilling everything needs to be blown out to remove the metal shaving from the hub, knuckle and mounting holes for the caliper bolts. Pay special attention to the holes where the lug bolts screw into the hub so you don't cross thread the hub bolts.
Brake Lines, I forgot to get the part numbers, and will post them on Monday. I have attached a schematic of the brake lines. The highlighted in green partial part number is one of the lines, in the same picture go to the other side for the other partial part number. If you choose to keep the OEM NX lines, you will have to flip them 180 degrees where they mount to the back of the caliper plus use a crush washer so they don't leak brake fluid, thats what i did today to get me thru until my brake lines arrive.

Understand, these calipers are a Matte Black. If you want gloss black, you will have to wait until the part numbers for the Lexus 500h F Sport Performance are added to Lexus' Parts Catalog. All of the parts I posted have not posted to the public side yet but will post in the weeks to come. These parts have to be looked up by the parts counter. I have attached my receipt so you can see they came from Lexus. There are no 3rd party parts, everything is from Lexus direct and they are all OEM parts. My partner may post a comment and additional pictures too.

If anyone needs guidance, feel free to ask. It was an easy install with awesome results that are applicable to the 3rd, 4th, 5th Gen RX and NX as well as other models
.
Test drive was awesome, no issues found.

How much heavier is it than the OEM brake setup? Did you get a chance to weigh them?

Any idea if the GSF calipers fit? They already come painted black, blue , orange etc. very cool upgrade! If my NX wasnt a lease I would do it as well.

Cool upgrade! Did you do this because the OG brakes were under achieving? We just got a 23 NX450H+ to replace the wife’s Cayenne diesel and hadn’t considered it underbraked…but I also don’t use as a rally car.

Thanks so much for sharing. I have been scouring the internet looking for BBK for my 450. Coming from Porsche Macan, that is one thing that I really miss...

thanks for the feedback!! Im all about direct bolt on upgrades. To bad my NX is a lease if not Id be all over it. I have 2013 Corvette z06 rotors and brakes on my 87 buick grand national and 1973 c10 all for less than a wilwood or brembo set up!

Are the bolts in the pics the longer RX bolts for the calipers? They look short and do not engage all the threads? Thanks for doing this I was going to order these parts in the spring and try this. It amazes me Lexus went cheap by not putting on the 4 piston caliper on the F-Sport versions. At almost 60k they should have .

I didn’t see this get answered yet, and I have 18”s.
