Default #1 again

J D Power has just come out with their dependabilty rankings for 2023 and again Lexus is #1. The NX again is the most dependable compact premium SUV. J D Power over the last 12 years has ranked Lexus #1 in dependability 10 times, #2 once and #6 once. Dominance!!!

Not surprised with Lexus, when did BMW vehicles become so dependable?

they've gotten a lot better but remember, JD Powers dependability is only 3yrs... the problems with the germans (and really most cars nowadays) are really the 4+ years..i mean hyundai/kia ranked so high despite their endless engine issues and DCT ..but even those grenades don't blow up usually until 3+ years...beyond JD Power's dependabiliity time window

So far my NX350h has 16500 miles and no problems so far. the iPhone digital key has not been working but I prefer to use my key fob anyways. There are occasional connectivity issues with the infotainment system. The charger is spotty but that is known. Other than that the car has been mechanically sound, interior do not rattle. Overall very happy with the reliability

Just for my own curiosity, is yours Japanese or Canadian made?

That's why I keep buying them. It's the long term, 5+years out, where the real payoff comes.
