2018 Lexus NX300 "SOS" Button Flashing Red & Green
Hey folks,
Just like the title says, I've got a flashing green & red light for the SOS button overhead and I can't figure out what's wrong with it. Pressing or holding the button does nothing; I've already called Lexus Enform and they said my subscription is still active for another 2 years.
I have booked an appointment with the dealership to check and see what's going on (under warranty), but I'm just curious if anyone else has this issue.
Thanks!

Just to provide an update if anyone comes across this issue.
It turned out to be a faulty telemetry module (the car's cell signals weren't communicating with the over-the-air updates and etc). They had to rip the whole dash apart and replace it. It now works and was covered under warranty.

The OP has a 2018 NX. Only model years 2015 - 2017 of the NX had the Safety Connect problem that was resolved under Lexus service campaign KLG.
