Somebody get something going. Karen Knutson of Portland Lexus just made good on her hat delivery. And the big bonus... She included 13 Team Lexus T-shirts with a picture of the IS430 team lexus car on the back that says "portland historic race July 9-11, 2004". The hats are all black with a red bill and red trim and wording.


Any word on the Ferrari meet?


From the responses so far, I'm assuming that the Centralia thing is falling through. I've only got three folks saying they want to go. And there is only like 3 folks in Seattle that are "thinking" about it.


So after this frigging storm passes over somebody should plan a simple meet there in Portland/Beaverton so I can get these hats and shirts distributed to everyone and get a picture of us all as a group wearing them so Karen can post it at work. I'd hate to have her do this and never get any pictures of us.

the ferrari meet/track day is monday, september 13th. kinda tough for working folk to hit that up. i think i'll have to take a half day or something, cause its been a few years and i'm praying an enzo and a 550 will be on the track. if i can get two members to come, then i will take a half day and travel as a small pack.

 

I'm confused a bit. Friday the 13th?

Update: Hid's installed, brake job in progress, and seat adjustment getting fixed (our seats have 4 motors for all the movements, they are $420 each!!! two of mine are out, so I'm getting the core of the seat replaced for $220)....

Your HIDs are looking good, like the color.
Are you getting a new brakes? I'll be installing 4 piston LS400 big brakes next week, Im just waiting for the rotors.

I guess I need to get on the ball and do something to my car (i washed it yesterday, does that count?). Oh, I also put some rain-x on my windows. I like to do that after the rain stops (?????)..
