Looks like the date is Monday September 13. Looks like we will plan on being there around noon'ish and hang out until 2 or so. Then we will find a place to kick back and relax until others can show.

So there is a dual opportunity for everyone. If you cannot make the race, then make it later for a dinner/cruise or cruise/dinner.

Bravo found a Ferrari thing happening up there and it's happening on a Monday... Sounds like a good time and good reason to leave work early. Besides wouldn't you rather look at Ferraris than another cleanroom design?
