SRT intake w/ECU Oregon DEQ..will it pass?

Will the SRT intake with the EQ pass the OREGON DEQ (smog check)? I'm selling my car tomorrow and forgot to check on this? I don't want to stiff the new owner with trying to take out the intake and ECU. Any help would be greatly appreicated

You posted your car on NW Nissans didnt you? Sold for $25k (nice car btw)

Anyhow the new buyer wont have any problems.
