Nos, ELPHs are pretty sick dude. My first digital camera was the SD200 ELPH. The camera you guys saw at that rained out meet was the canon S2 IS. My newest toy from canon is the 30D DSLR. I love canon! congrats on your purchase and good luck with the project, bro.

Man...that car is going to be SICK! I envy you...I always wanted to have a 'project' car and that sorts...but instead we are going with houses

I think eventually you will go with a larger turbo.
I would have gone with a .63/.50 trim t3/t4, like everyone else does just for the sake of not llimiting yourself above 6k rpms.
How much boost do you plan on running?
Anything else done to the car suspension wise?
