Kerechuk Motor Service in Alhambra. They used to only specialize in Honda/Acura, but now they also do Lexus/Toyota/Scion. It is not the cheapest place, but cheaper than dealers and they also use OEM parts. I also hear that Luxury Motorworks in Monrovia is good, but have not been there.
