spotted: GS from WA in d/t Vancouver
saw it last night parked on robson st, had a 'fancy' license plate that said "go cougars" on it, presumably the slogan for WSU which was also on the plate next to a cougar head? man you guys have fancy plates...

Yep, that would be the wa zoo plate. Dunno who it is though.
