Guys you also need to decide what your chapter is going to be about.... what are your plans as a group? What do you plan to do with a NWLOC (or whatever you'd like to call it
) that you wouldn't do exactly the same as you do in the 'Pacific' regional forum.
No offense intended at all by this - every member on our forum is valuable - but some of the folks signing up are not very active on CL. I don't want to create a forum that sits empty all the time and occasionally gets a "why doesn't anyone post in here anymore?" thread. Needs some folks to step up for long term ownership and organization.

Dave has a very valid point, if I could offer a suggestion perhaps we could arrange for a meeting that would help us to formulate a mission/vision and determine if we really want to move forward as well as see what type of actual on the ground participation we can expect. Of course this only works if everyone is in a somewhat geographically focused area in Washington.
One of the things that I think is an integral part to forming a group like this is a group of individuals, shop or shops that can help members with mods to their cars. But maybe that is just my vision, to me mods are a big part of a car club along with regular get togethers. The Cars and there visibillity is one of the things that attracts new members in the local area.

Yes I understand what you guys are saying and I would like everyone who is on this list and whoever is not to come out to our next meet which is at the end of February. That way we CAN sit down and talk about our goals, vision, and any other info that would pertain to this club. I am very serious about building this club up and I hope everyone else is as well. So LET'S DO THIS!!

Well I know there are others who are in other parts of the NW that wanna participate but as for getting this thing started I think we should focus on peeps in the greater seattle area just because it would be easier for people to get together since everyone is closer. Then we SHALL expand. lol.
