Looked at their website, everything sounds so technical, all these engineers and stuff. What do you do there???
Loomis is hiring messenger/guards in Sequim so I'm going to check that out!
Start at only $11 an hour but benefits are good
Well, I'm an assembly mechanic in the 41 section. I basically help put together the front of a 747. And I have not seen anywhere else that offers as good as benefits like boeing does. They will even pay for schooling. If you wanted to become an ASE certified mechanic or an underwater basket weaver, they WILL pay for it. And not to mention the current union contract ends in sept. so the base pay will be going up and if you get on board before then, expect to get a fatty signing bonus. I'm hearing around $3000+. But it's up to you. I just looked to see if they are still hiring for assembly mechanic and they are. So just put in the drop down boxes the following: ALL / FACTORY HOURLY / NORTHWEST / WASHINGTON / EVERETT / ENTRY LEVEL then click search and it should be the second one down. Base pay starts at 12.72 may be higher now i'm not sure. But if you pick second shift (2:30pm - 11pm) you get a shift differential of 75 cents. So you actually make a little over 13. So there you go, good luck.
Hey I work for Rotary offset press. We our also hiring too. We in the kent area. I think we start around $10 and top out at $25 hr. Easy job. You can get top out with in 5 years. We our own by Seattle Times. We actually print the New York Times in the northwest. Union shop too
"Teamster Union"
HAHAHAHA YEA RIGHT! I wish. Well if this new contract our union is trying to land then i'll be one for like a month because of the signing bonus. But that won't be until sept-ish. So then i can get some secrets for the lex.
