Default Got a 2001 LS 430

Hi guys, I traded my 07 IS 350 for a 2001 LS 430. I just simply wouldn't be able to afford the IS after the divorce but still needed a 4 door car that I like driving. I wanted to stay with lexus after driving the IS for almost 2 years. So, anyway, found this super clean '01 LS 430 yesterday at a local dealership. First thing that I want to do is lower it and then get some 19s or 20s. Then, have the windows tinted

So to lower this thing, Do I just get a set of nice adjustable coilovers, or is it more complicated than that? I read something about air controllers or something like that for adjusting ride height? How do I know if mine is equipped with that? Thanks guys for any help.

Well if your car has factory air ride then you can get the "datasystem" controller. Oh yea you need to come out to our meets too.

I don't think it has that, I don't see any signs of it. Shouldn't there be some kind of adjustment buttons somewhere?
The IS had Tein cs and I think I am getting a set for this one. I've been to one of the meets in my IS. Thanks

I love the LS. Gimmie Gimmie!

The air ride is on the Ultra Luxury packaged LS. Yours is not one. I went with Universal Air on Bilstein struts for my 02' GS.

I'd say the most obvious is the air ride controls usually located...

yea, you do NOT have factory air ride. But if you PM "anotherLS" He is selling Tein CS (comfort sport) coilovers which would be a good way to go.
