Hey guyz....jus posting to let you know of a meet i'm trying to start up...location will be in vancouver canada....i wont have an exact location until mid jan cuz i'm still in germany for business....and i wanna scope out some locations first....but as for now probably stanly park in north vancouver and the meet will be on Sat 21-feb

I'm also thinkin about doin this event to raise up some dough to donate to cancer research organization since i know that most people know of someone that has cancer including myself with my mother-in-law....

My sister was diagnosed with Leukemia and 6 months later my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer....no previous history of cancer in the family. The doctor said there was a better chance winning the lottery then 2 relatives developing 2 different types of cancer within a year of each other with no other previous cancer history on my moms side. What are the passport regulations as of now? By air and water you need passports but by land you only need your license and birth certificate until 2010 right? Not too sure how safe it'd be for me to cross the border....my car smells like some green plant all the time for some reason, even if I didnt bring any (which I wouldnt if crossing the border) I know dogs would still smell it in my headliner, etc, and I might be in for a huge hassle, and I thought there was a rule about Americans with DUI's driving into Canada. Technically I got sentenced as a Neg.1 but the original charge was DUI.

I cant be too sure about your case...but as far as the passport thing...bettter safe than sorry is what i say...passports are pretty quick to get these days..but as far as the DUI thing...i cant be too sure...can anyone confirm that?...in any case i'll put ur name down just in case...hop you can make it bro

Vancouver members are notoriously bad for putting their names down for things, but generally do show up at stuff.

DUI & driving in Canada: unless you're 'I' it's not a problem. As for the nature aroma in your car, vent well before the border and I'd have your passport just to make the crossing easier/faster.
