Dont go to Tech Auto Sound on 99 in Lynnwood. I dont want to put the reason out there but if you're interested then pm me. I've had 3 good experiences with K&M auto in Woodinville. They're a basic auto mechanic shop but I've had long talks with the owner, as well as my dad whos a (hate to say) grumpy old man thats been into cars since he was a kid and hates almost everyone in this world, but he turned me onto this place and the owner Kinnon is great to work with.
And about 2 blocks behind his shop, theres a place called Maltby Motorsports. Check out their website and look at the cars they work on. When I was in there, they were putting an LS1 (i think, or 7....the vette motor) in a 240sx. Maltbymotorsports.com

Yes, I do believe that he still owns the IS3. He put Air Force Ones(air cups/coilovers) on the IS3. I will be going through him for my suspension.
For my headers, Im not too sure yet. I might try it myself, but then I might pay someone to install it. The only upside is, that it will come with a 1yr/12,000 mile install warranty.
