Alright guys, everything is set to stone. This meet will strictly be a private function. So everyone on the list will be able to get food and such. So it's first boiled down to about roughly 10 dollars per person. This will cover the food cost for each person and the park reservation fee. So when you guys arrive at the park, please come and find me and sign in. Once you have paid, I will give a wrist band which shows that you paid and you can get the food and such. The food that will be served is in the menu.

Also please follow rules, and please be courteous. I hope we can have fun and have pleasurable time. In addition, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES PLEASE!!! I emphasize this because park regulations do not allow any type of alcoholic beverages, so please do not bring any!!! Guys, please don't do any stupid acts as this may affect our meet and ruin everything. There will be absoluting no advertising such as banners and such, and no soliciting!

We can make this an all day thing.

This is my suggestion:

We could start at 11am with a BBQ in a park. Probably eat at 1pm, play some Volleyball, etc...
Probably later on, do a cruise to another scenic view and do more photoshoots there, with the sun setting in the background

bbq, cars, dj, food?? sounds good to me lol find a park that has enough parking, events to do like volleyball, basketball or whatever, grill, table, and somewhere thats not usually crowded or filled with other people... maybe somewhere in the middle of nowhere haha.

Oh yea Deek, your idea of the day is pretty cool. I like the idea. And tinh, where would be a good place? Do we need a permit or something like that if we're going to have a big meet? Is there a way to get a whole place to ourselves without the popos breathing down our necks.

Im down for that. But I cant give you any ideas, except around the South Sound area

We could do a cruise up to Stevens Pass or to the San of Juan de Fuca. Those places have good scenary. But 1 will have snow and the other will be just as cold

Ill bring the beer, so we can get the ducks drunk hehehe
