Uptown Car Show in Gig Harbor
Show and Shop at the Uptown Car Show
On Saturday May 30, 2009, from 10am to 4pm, the Uptown Car Show will be held in Gig Harbor, WA to benefit the Susan G. Komen Foundation for The Cure of Breast Cancer. There will be entertainment, live music, food and plenty of showmanship from car lovers of the Pacific Northwest! Be there or be square! Enter your car to win prizes, like the “People’s Choice Award” and much, much more. Or just come and see some really cool cars.
The Uptown Car Show has over 100 cars currently registered, including the classic 1930 Model A, all the way to the 2008 Honda S2000! There is still room for more cars of all makes and models. Show your support for a worthy cause and have some great family fun! Register your car today for only $20.00 (100% tax deductible)! All proceeds benefit the Susan G. Komen Foundation for The Cure of Breast Cancer. Spectators are FREE.
The Uptown Car Show will be held in the upscale and family friendly, Uptown Gig Harbor! The media has affectionately referred to Uptown Gig Harbor, as “Estrogen Street.” This car show is a hybrid of the perfect location for a family outing and an amazing place to see the best cars in show! Come by to show your support, go shopping on “Estrogen Street” or check out the some beautifully crafted cars!
The Uptown Car Show is sponsored by Dorothy Brinz, a registered participant for the 3 day, 60 mile journey walk for breast cancer on September 11-13, 2009 in Seattle, WA.
