If this is too far off topic for the O.P I'll delete the post, not trying to step on anyone's toes, just networking.
On a future note... This is just a maybe....I'm thinking about getting a larger house when/if I move up to the Mukilteo area, possibly with a MIL apartment. Is there anyone who would be interested in renting around July 1.
A MIL is a Mother-In-Law apartment (that's what they call it for whatever reason) You have your own entrance, bathroom, kitchen etc...just like a one bedroom apartment except not in a apartment building.
House will be in a decent area as I don't want my car getting broken into etc...I'm thinking rent would be around $600 with utilities etc...included.
