Bought a Gold 2001 Lexus GS430 from Lexus of Seattle. I think it was also registered at Lexus of Bellevue before.

Just curious if the previous owner was on here. Car sits lower than a regular GS. havent had time to put her on the hoist. but possibly its been moded before.

Removed a nokia cell phone hook up system from the car.

Maybe the previous owner is on here, i know its a long shot. But curious if there is more history on the car than i can dig up.

Is it the one with mesh style wheels? I saw it on craigslist and went to look it but it was gone. Looked like a clean car. How much did you get it for? It was already at a great price.

yup, it came with adr msport 18" rims. i was hoping it would have the original wheels, but nope.

the good:
- the car came with a lot of receipts, the previous owner kept every single invoice, receipt. this means i can at least get a decent time line of when things were done.
- clean title, according to carfax.
- came from a dealership, previous owner traded in for a newer lexus

the bad:
- front bumper looks like it hit something, spider webbed the paint. passenger front fender and bumper look like the previous owner may have ran the car up on the curb. took a look underneath and sure enough, the front passenger tow hook is pushed up and flat. there is no lower rad support damage, which is good.
- some minor fixes inside, like noisy window mechanism.
- 3M clear bra on everything... need a hot sunny day and a heat gun to remove this stuff!

i got it for 9500. nothing to rave about.

myself, i got shoulder, chest, lower rib injury. and upper back, middle back, neck, and last rib to spine injury on top of the usual soft tissue injury from the accident.

the car, she has a few dings here and there, and a mysterious dent on the roof.

the car also had its front windshield replaced. i had to fix the driver side wiper arm as it wasnt reinstalled properly.

there is also an intermediate annoying loud buzzing sound from the center console every so often.

the front seats are in better condition than my old GS, but the back seats are in worse condition than my old GS. same color interior.

i believe that on Lexus.com you can view all services performed at a lex dealership/service. I bought my LS couple months back, when i did he went on and printed out all my lex services.

Still looking for stock wheels? I have 4 chromes, and a silver spare. 1 chrome is scratched but still in good shape. All tires are in good shape prolly 50%, very minor camber wear. down in Pornland

currently not looking for wheels, thanx though! i have a 17x8 +25's for winters, and my 20s for the summers. i need the low offset to clear the ls400 brakes.

finally got the car on the hoist... and yes, she has been modded. the car sat lower than other GS's, but now its confirmed. the previous owner lowered her on eibach prokits.
