PDX, OR Need your guys opinion on purchasing sc300

so i am a newb on this forrum because im really intrested in picking up a sc in a 5 speed obviously. Sold my 89 honda crx si and a 1986 ae86 toyota corolla and still kinda short on funds from picking this up; any who. found one that was on craigslist acouple days ago 1994 pearl white, tan interior, 5 speed with 202,xxxx miles. havent seen the car personally yet but was acually needing a second opinion on the purchase and see if it was worth it. car is located in Sandy, Oegon. some of you from oregon might have seen the posting. posting had acually came down yesterday?

he was asking 3900 for it. any feedback would be great!
