Seattle, WA Dent Ding Removal & Repair -> highly recommended shop
I just had some dings removed from my '99 Lexus GS400, and I must admit, the shop did a really good job. Being new in Seattle, I used Google for "dent repair Seattle" and it gave me a link to the Seattle Acura RSX forum, which positively gave Dent Wizard in Bellevue, WA, and Dent Pros in Auburn, WA high marks.
Nonetheless, I went w/ Dent Pros as the shop had very reasonable prices ($85 for a few of dings or $150 for the whole car), and Dent Wizard had rather inflated prices ($250-$350). My car had about 12 dings (L and R side, hood, and one on the roof), and they were removed very expertly at Dent Pros' shop. Hardly any evidence shows that any dings existed beforehand (most dings were removed perfectly--no evidence whatsover; of course, as w/ past experiences with my other experience with a PDR shop in Idaho, some dings that get removed will show a slight wave at a certain angle--but you have to try really, really hard to find them--and I was kneeling down looking for them).
The shop at Dent Pros is a rented garage at car wholesaler just N of Doxon Toyota, and it's just that--no fancy waiting room, no TV, but if you're saving about 50% over the next competitor, I'm not complaining. While it's a basic shop w/o any flashy signs, he has all of the necessary tools to get your car back to a dent/dingless state. Dent Pros does have a mobile service, but as I'm in Seattle, I drove down to Auburn to get my car serviced.
Edward, the sole private owner (~15 years experience w/ paintless dent removal), spent 3 hrs working on my car and he was rather agreeable person to talk to while I waited. He even offered and tried to help me w/ my previously broken hood latch, taking time out of his day to work on that with me (even checked w/ the wholesaler to see if he can get me the part at a discount price). Before the job was officially done, he had me go over the car to make sure that all of the dings were removed--and made sure that I was happy w/ the repairs--which I certainly was.
All-in-all, I'd definitely go back to him to get any future ding removed--he has my confidence.
