Here is the PM I received from the organizer. After this PM was sent, they have stopped signing folks up so technically we're in. I will be on a business trip in the next three days so someone please help me here. I will need a list of all CL members interested to send to Jad. However, if everyone is just as busy, someone figure out where to meet. PAPASMURF has some ideas. Anyway, here is the PM:

Thanks for asking about signing up a large group. I would love for you guys to come, but it looks like we will need to find another group leader. If you can please organize a list of the people that would like to join this event. Your all welcome to come, this will just help me figure out organization
