How do i take out the lexus sc400 seats ? They have weird screws

Pull those tan plastic covers off in the bottom of the photo and your life will become much easier!

Additionally, those are rivets holding the rails together, not screws.

there is a 14mm bolt under that plastic cover , but the hard part is removing the stupid plastic cover , it took me more time to remove those covers than removing the bolts. use long nose pliers and just rip them out , they wont brake

They are stubborn, but my tool of choice for that sort of stuff is a paint can opener. It slides easily underneath the cover and allows you to pull the tabs outward, so it can lift up without being mangled.
