Lexus of Roseville via their MyLParts online ordering website or through Amayama (who also sell OEM new parts as long as they are still in production by Lexus/Toyota) for some OEM parts depending on their own prices and the size and weight of the item as it affects shipping cost.

You mean for the PS high pressure side hose assembly? Driftmotion and a couple of other companies sell a very simplified solution with a set of hoses but if you want the most OEM replacement for a 1992-2000 SC300/400/Soarer high pressure side PS hose assembly... remove the original one from the car and take it to a local-ish hydraulic hose repair company which advertises repairs to vehicle power steering line assemblies.
Have that shop rebuild the assembly with brand new flexible hoses and new pressure fittings. That way the length and fitment will be just as it was before and now you will have a fully reconditioned assembly that will last for more years to come.
This solution is what is done for most classic cars beyond a certain age in service. Pretty common.
....
In general eBay is a source of good used SC parts that have been discontinued. You can save your search phrase combinations in your account so that each time an item comes up for sale that matches those keywords you will have an alert sent to your email. It helps when what you are looking for might not always be available but occasionally is when those parts come off wrecked or otherwise totaled out SCs in wrecking yards.
Also RockAuto doesn't have everything but they still stock quite a number of aftermarket OEM-fit parts for our cars.
The radiator can be substituted with an MKIV Supra style aftermarket radiator in SC300 applications with some custom made lower rubber height adjusted mounts. SC400's can use them too but need modification to their unique fan shrouds to fit.
Heater cores... discontinued but can be remade like OEM by a company called The Brass Works. They already make new heater cores for the Supra MKIV, SW20 MR2 and other Toyotas but no one has asked them to yet for an SC300/400.
Door hinges can be rebuilt by a fellow in either Australia or New Zealand. I have forgotten offhand which country he is based in but he rebuilds Soarer door hinges and those are the same as SC door hinges.
...
The list goes on. And it will continue to. Overall long term support for our cars is mostly covered but through many different companies and individuals beyond just Toyota/Lexus. There probably needs to be a master list made of all of these.
It depends on what part you are trying to replace with a used OEM or aftermarket equivalent. The only truly difficult OEM parts to replace without an OEM Lexus part are rubber body seals and metal body panels. I have cursorily looked up a company based in the UK which can reproduce OEM rubber seals for vehicles beginning in a certain number of quantities but of course to move forward with that there would need to be a formal inquiry with a minimum unit order request made (via a group buy...?)
