bad rattling noise when turning

hey guys i have a pretty bad rattling noise that i have no idea where it’s coming from any help or advice would be appreciated. just replaced the harmonic balancer about 2-3 weeks ago and no problems until now.

No video pops up after clicking on link, just a blank white screen. Can anyone else see the video?

I see the video now. Could that be the harmonic balancer? Anyone else have an idea?
