Picked up at a junk yard, I want to replace these cut parts before I test the engine. Wanted to know which parts will be apart of the engine harness and which parts won’t be.

 

You might be better off googling for photos of 2JZ-GE engine bays. There are lots of good reference photos out there. Some of those are cooling hoses, some are electrical. The engine harness will be a large bundle of wires.

 

The big bundle of wires on the first picture is the main engine harness. The alternator wires pictures on the alternator are the charging system wires that connect to the chassis wiring harness in the engine bay. You don’t need any of those to do a compression test. I would start with a compression test and go from there!
