Driveshaft Clunk From R154 Swapped SC300
My driveshaft causes the car to vibrate at speeds above 20 and gets worse while spontaneously leaking oil out the output shaft seal, also I started the car on jacks and only on jacks the driveshaft was clunking when up to speed so I checked under and it seems like it may be loose on the output shaft splines of my transmission but I'm not sure whether its that or it's unbalanced as the driveshaft came out of another r154 swapped sc300 with my transmission.
Also I'm getting some nasty vibration from the front of the transmission when idling after I used it at a drift event
im not sure what it is so just wondering how i can fix this or whether my driveshaft looks normal

That does not look at all like an R154 front driveshaft. There is no front cup on it (unless that was totally machined off and ground smooth. I'd have to see a wider picture of the whole front driveshaft to have a better idea of what it might have come from.
What I have always suggested to people is to either get a 1986-1992 Supra MKIII R154 front driveshaft and have it shortened by approximately -3/4" and then get it rebalanced... or to take any 92-00 SC300 Auto front driveshaft and have it lengthened by approximately +50mm and then get it rebalanced.
If that is actually the right driveshaft but with the front dust cup removed then I'd look into getting your front and rear driveshaft rebalanced as a matched set. Also look at the health of your SC driveshaft center bearing and also look at the health of the rear driveshaft rubber "donut" that connects the rear driveshaft to the rear differential.

Yeah, the driveshaft is an aftermarket one piece driveshaft I wasn't sure whether it should be out this far or if it looks normal in place but it clunks from time to time especially when I'm turning slowly with the clutch in as a I have a welded diff.
