Angry Battery hooked up backwards

We did the unimaginable and hooked up the battery backwards on a 1995 Lexus SC300. . Yes I know you are asking how? Well we did it anyway. The damage was done. Replaced the 120amp Alt fuse, 7.5amp Ignition Fuse, and the 20amp Radio Fuse. All others look good. Car starts (turns over) but will not run. I am getting a code 12 and 14. No fire from the coil. How can I test the ignition control (ignitor)? Is the crank shaft position sensor fried? Did I fry the ECU? Any thought, prayers, or advice welcome.

Use a multimeter and check to see what's getting power first. This link should help you start troubleshooting, click on the specific codes.
