Disconnected vacuum lines?

Default Disconnected vacuum lines?
I have a 1996 SC400 and there are 2 vacuum lines that run along the top of the right cylinder bank that are not connected to anything.

Anyone know what they are supposed to be connected to?

Maybe Evap hoses? I was going to say EGR, but those appear to be the ends at the top of the intake manifold, peaking in your picture.
