Please don't crucify me, I attempted to search back got back little results.
I was just given an AG ATX 30 RS, It has a similar cranking capacity to a 30Ah lead-acid battery. I was hoping to install into the SC, however, after chatting with the AG support team they recommend the group 24. I'm pretty new to the hobby so battery knowledge is quite limited.
Im doing research now. Hoping to get some tested results for the ATX 30.

I look at lithium vs lead batteries sort of the same as aluminum vs steel. You get more per pound, so if you're not after the weight savings primarily, you can get a much better product by cramming "more" into the same space. In that sense, I agree with putting the biggest lithium battery into the space that you can.
I have a tiny lithium battery that I tried out in one or both SCs (300 and possibly 400), and it had enough cranking power but not by enough for comfort. Especially with all their finicky electronics and propensity for draining batteries.
I would personally try to stay away from lithium-ion, and instead go with one of the more stable lithium chemistries...

I am an Antigravity dealer and use them in 3 of my personal vehicles (including IS300-T). The ATX-30 pictured is indeed too small for your application, which doesn't mean it cannot work but it's not the right choice. I am currently supporting a 1992 Acura NSX with the same ATX-30 and the car will not be able to start within 1 week of allowing it to sit with the battery untended. Listen to the folks at AG as the Group 24 is a much better choice for your intended application. Good luck!

As a worthwhile bump to this post, I can say that I've been using an Antigravity Group 51R 30 Amp Hour battery in my own 1992 Lexus SC400 slicktop for a few weeks and so far it has been behaving completely fine despite being 'undersized' as per AG. Since I have RE-Start built into it, I am more confident than I'd be if I had a normal battery of the same size and Amp rating. Hope that helps!
