Default Clutch Squeak

My R154 swap that recently hit 10k miles (used all new parts) just had its first problem: the clutch squeaks intermittently whether or not the car is on. I greased up the contact between the clutch fork and slave cylinder and it didn't help at all. I also bled the clutch again. I should mention, when it squeaks, you can also feel it in the clutch. It feels a bit spongy, but only for the first 1/10th and the last 1/10 of the actuation. I took the slave cylinder off and pressed the clutch pedal and didn't hear anything, but without any load applied I didn't expect to hear anything. Is my nearly brand new slave cylinder done for, or is my throw-out bearing already done? I should mention, when I installed everything, I made sure to apply a decent bit of grease to everything and I've heard you can even install the throw-out bearing dry without consequences. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
