Default Steering tilt motor fix for sc300

My 1998 sc300 steering wheel would tilt a little, then need a rest, before tilting again.
The armiture, magnets, and brushes have no capability to call for a rest.
There is one component that does; the thermistor that is installed inside the motor case.
No need to remove the thermistor, just solder a jumper wire across it, and the resting will disappear.
(Use strings to hold the brushes back during reassembly)
