Default SC400 MT Swap - CD009 vs JK41A

TLDR: Would I be making a mistake by buying this JK41A for my swap project? Or should I hold out for an '05-06 CD009?

I know these are almost the same with a couple of key differences, primarily that the JK has an internal concentric slave cylinder/clutch release bearing while the CD009 has an external slave cylinder and clutch fork/release bearing setup. It is also my understanding that the stock concentric slave is weak and it is recommended to upgrade it with a ZSpeed which runs about $350.

I have an opportunity to buy a JK41A for $300 and with the ZSpeed slave I'd be at about $650 into the trans. It is coming out of an 09 G37S w/105k miles. CD009s around here usually go for at least the same amount and usually with higher miles.
