Default CD009 Swapping SC400

I am CD009 swapping my Sc400 and I have everything for it already the only thing I'm not sure on is this differential I picked up from an 04 LS430. I have 2 questions, first is does the diff just bolt in or do I need some different mounts or something? Second question is the diff I got is open is there a more budget friendly option on getting an LSD?

I don’t think the 430 diff is a plug and play. I know people usually use a 98-up 400 diff for the gear ratio or a Supra lsd
as for the lsd budget part… weld the gears for full lock, otherwise I think the gears are like 1300$ for our diffs
